Over twenty years’ experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry. Exercise and good nutrition are two essential ingredients for great health, increased energy levels and optimum quality of life. My focus is working with you, creating manageable and maintainable lifestyle choices, allowing you to get the best out of every day. I work on a holistic level empowering you to make informed choices on what is best for you to become a fitter, stronger and more energetic being.

I am a health and wellness coach with a passion for educating others to be the best version of themselves.  My fortitude is understanding that every person has a different story to tell and for each person “ideal or optimal” is as individual as their own story. I have had extensive experience working with a vast variety of people helping them to successfully achieve and maintain their goals; whether it be functionality, lifestyle, aesthetic, performance or better health.

I support my clients 100% to achieve their goals, encouraging them to find their own sense of balance.  For the last 10 years I have worked as a personal trainer and massage therapist as well as being a wellness consultant at trauma based care retreat, and a health wellness presenter for businesses both large and small. My passion is educating people in the workplace on how to overcome stresses and to work better as a team player by working on strategies to eliminate stress both at home and in the workplace.

 I have been an avid sports person and over the years have participated in netball (played representative, umpired and coached), competed won & placed at national level bodybuilding competitions, played rugby, soccer, rugby league, softball, tennis, squash and basketball. I have competed in biathlons, triathlons, half marathons, even a gruntathon. I socially ride and have completed The Taupo Challenge. I have trained with a boxer (but didn’t make it to a fight) tried martial arts and also various yoga styles. I now enjoy day hikes in the bush, group fitness,dance classes and weight training.

I think it is fair to say I understand the demands of many different disciplines and although I don’t claim to be an athlete I live authentically by practicing what I encourage others to do and exercise is just part of my life as is breathing.
